*This will be one of my smaller sets due to the size of the toddler bed. This set is ideal for children, mommy & me, and possibly up to 4 people (family). (Please note for family photos all poses will be photographed sitting due to the size of the set).

*** No newborns – (I will allow 3months and up but babies must be in parents arms AT ALL TIMES) ( for babies 6 months & up they must be sitting unassisted)

$150.00 (To book: $75 non-refundable retainer fee- this will be applied towards your balance. Your remaining balance will be invoiced 5 days before your session.)

**Chocolate chip cookies will be provided so please let me know ahead of time if anyone has any allergies and I can plan for a different treat
*** If you’ve done other minis with me you know I use a snow machine, but this set will NOT have a snow machine. Snow will be added during the editing process to select images.

**** Recommended Attire: This set is light & airy - I recommend Christmas pjs, gowns, ugly sweaters, holiday leggings, cozy and comfy!

**Photos are selected and edited based on the discretion of the photographer with their experience in photography and editing; selections are based on highest quality

APPOINTMENT TIME:
You MUST be on time (preferably 5 mins early.) Bring kids already dress, arrival after your scheduled time will result in less shooting time and possibly in less photos. Mini- sessions are scheduled back-to-back so there is no room for lateness. Please GPS the location beforehand and plan accordingly for traffic, etc. It is understood the photographer is foregoing other sessions for your time slot and no-shows will not be refunded their deposit. In case of an emergency with a 48hr notice your session deposit will be credited towards another session within the next 6 months.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final

MODEL RELEASE:
I hereby grant to Photography by Delilah (“Photographer”) and his/her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Photographer and his/her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

PLEASE READ: -------------------------------- *in case anyone shows signs of coughing or fever it is out courtesy to myself and other children to please let me know so we can discuss new details (reschedules, photo credit, etc.) anyone who shows up to the session coughing or with a fever, your session will be ended immediately with no refund. ONLY those in photo and a parent should attend the session (please no extra family members) An appropriate amount of time will be given in between sessions to wipe and disinfect. Please do not be late or this will throw off the process. I do ask everyone to wait in their vehicle until greeted to maintain safe distancing practices.
